[The 36 Collective]

Last week I was asked to photograph a super sweet event held by The 36 Collective crew in Hargreaves Brewery, about an hour out of Melbourne. The 36 Collective is a side project organised by a bunch of young culinary professionals who work in some of Melbourne's top restaurants. The main aim of the project is to create a unique and affordable dining experience in an unconventional setting. The best thing about it however is that the same experience never occurs twice, which means quite simply that it will never happen again. So, every few weeks there is a new location and new menu - cool huh?
